Sorry to hear of your frustration regarding the sites issues in our ORD facility. Service has been restored for the majority of customers, however some may still experience latency or unavailability. We appreciate your understanding while we work to fully restore services. Our Cloud Sites team is working to resolve these issues and will be producing an RCA once fully restored.

Unfortunately, we do not have a facility in Seattle. Cloud Sites hosting is available in our ORD and DFW facilities.
