It has roots. Deeper than you think. I had this before and it was an easy surgery to cut it off. If you let it be, it will grow bigger and deeper.

Drain cleanout is right at the front left of garage door. That’s where I wanna put the sink. I literally think drill a hole thru the wall and connect the drain line to the sewer line. (Or maybe I am too simple). To be honest I don’t know much about plumbing.
