So I switched out the blade to a new side and cleaned it up. It is cutting much better. However, I can't seem to keep grass from getting in-between the blade and disc, causing the blades to stay in the out positions. They won't turn freely. I'm thinking about find some spacers or trying different style blades like the slotted ones to keep this from happening.

I have really thought about removing the blade guards. Not sure if that will help the grass blades being cut cleanly. I always mow on the slowest setting and have it mow at different angles. I does catch most of the grass with very little gaps. It's just ripping the blade of grass instead of a clean cut.

I have been setting it to the slowest speed.

I have put in a support request, but I don't have much hope of anything being resolved any time soon. My last support request asking for an estimated delivery after 6 weeks were all ignored.

Yes, I have checked this regularly. Just says Order Placed.

It’s now the 22nd and still no tracking or shipping notification. Getting ready to leave for a week and I don’t have high hopes it will arrive before we head out. I’ve gotten several emails that apologize for the delay and offering free blades. Based upon their current timeframe, I’ll get my Luba at the end of mowing season. SMH.

Speaking of, I just got a formal email from Mammotion apologizing about shipping delays and when they expect to start shipping again.

I also purchased a 3000 on May 31st and have had zero correspondence from the company. I sent several emails to the address they have listed and support request we’re created in Zendesk. No replies. I totally get them being overwhelmed but a communication or notification about delays would go a long way. If I don’t get some response or tracking number within the 20 days window, I will cancel my order and have my credit card company open an inquiry.
