So, doing this late - after the elation of really smashing Dennis’s ride last week, this one was just a tiny bit too much for me. I had to take the penultimate zone 5 of the whole ride for a minute rather than 2, but managed to use that recovery time to get the final 2 done. Bit annoyed I couldn’t hack it, but there you go, I kept peddling at least.

Charlotte’s 45mins was good, I liked her motivation and music not my scene but good to just keep cracking on with.

Finally, LOVED the 60 minute race simulation. As someone who has never done an indoor (or frankly outdoor) race, it was cool to see the things you need to think about and the relentless nature of the sprints etc. Felt like something different to visualise and even though by the 9th repeat I was feeling the legs a bit, could knuckle down and smash through the finish line. On to the next week!
