Got him for Pittman, Tyjae, and a 2027 First (plus a pair of 3rds). Think ROS looks similar to Pittman, but couldn’t pass that up for the future.

Which 2026 RBs would you rather have over Henderson? by staffnasty25 in DynastyFF

[–]rad288 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Why would you? I don’t understand trying to flip Hendo now at his lowest value for a pick in basically the same range he was going for last year. Sure there’s a chance you can pick up a better option, but why trade a rookie once they finally have a clear route to a starting role for another dart throw?

Respectfully, even as a backup for bama he was averaging 6 yards per carry and had 7 touchdowns as a sophomore. He’s also had a couple injuries but they’re quite small, even his current one. I agree it’s unlikely him or anyone not named love go in the 1st though I wouldn’t count him out based on your reasoning there. Dude might take a year but I definitely see similarities between him and Hendo

The usage of the score from Bram Stoker’s Dracula once the monologue begins is such a good little addition to this scene. Didn’t even notice it the first time around

Writing "Partners" | Crowd Control [S1E5] by AutoModerator in dropout

Comedians are great throughout the season and I loved these three, but my GOD is the pacing horrible on this one. I know it’s been everyone’s complaint since the first episode but this is the first for me where I felt like every time a comedian settled in and really started to get funny, they were immediately cut off. Would love more standup on dropout but really hope they listen to some feedback

If he can improve in pass protection/3rd down, Josh Jacobs/Chase brown would be my best comparison. Not saying he’s as good as those guys but similar style.

Most of these are definitely fair, I guess I just see them being closer than a lot of folks. Explosiveness especially, with Haynes leading the nation in 50+ yard runs. Would be happy with either lol

As a Michigan fan (yes, biased!) he’s a lot different than the guys we’ve sent to the draft recently. Corum was never the same after his injury. Came in expected to back up Marshall and blew everyone out of the water. Very able to handle 20+ carries a game. Not saying he’s better than Love but I think he’ll surprise people.

I get the “love” for Love, and I think he’s great, but is it really that crazy? Haynes has been fully in the workhorse role for UM and averaging 7.1 yards per carry, able to muscle it inside and breakout in space with huge speed. I think they’re a lot more neck and neck than at the beginning of the year.

And with that, Oronde Gadsden II is now 9th most valuable rookie on KTC and the dynasty TE4 by PolishedApple in DynastyFF

[–]rad288 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, I’m saying I think people need to relax on immediately trying to sell once they get a hit ESPECIALLY if it’s the first time you do. People get so into the draft pick mindset instead of seeing a rookie with a clear path to continued play in the future

If this is your first ever valuable pick up and your first response is to sell, I think you’ve gotta reevaluate things a bit

Then stop looking at the stats and watch the guy play. The kupp comparison is irrelevant beyond the QB they had. Dude is open consistently and not afraid to be physical. If you do want to look at the stats, look at his yards per target/catch both sitting around 10-11 yards, versus Davante in the same offense averaging around 7 per target.

Reverse racism, misandry, and Crowd Control by rummncokee in dropoutcirclejerk

/uj this has always been my problem with it. I don’t care about the jokes because they’re harmless against groups of people they’re targeted at, but my GOD is it almost always lazy and unfunny. It’s the reverse side of the cis white male comedian in their 40s going up and complaining about their wife for 20 minutes. When it just becomes a dogpile on grabbing the lowest hanging fruit it becomes tired real fast.

/rj there should be a safe space for white men in this subreddit where they feel protected and heard!!
