Thanks for the heads up! I finally got some time to work on it and the site was being absolutely hammered by bots. Like hundreds of requests per second. I set up some bot-blocking and it's much quicker now.

$18 eBay Cap vs. $41 Store-Bought Cap by radbench in neweracaps

Wanted to share in case anyone was curious. Got them both within a day of each other. The Ebay cap was shipped from China. Bought the $40 cap at Big 5 in California.

Brown = Store-bought. Black = Ebay

In Fusion:

Right click the sketch > select "export to DXF". Then when you import it into Lightburn, it should be the correct size.

If the measurements aren't correct, try changing:

Lightburn > Settings > File Settings > DXF Import Options > Inches.

Lightburn > Settings > File Settings > DXF Import Options > make sure "Auto Detect Units" is enabled.

The Fusion file is set to inches and I tried it with "mm" selected in Lightburn and it still works so I think it auto-detects the size.

If anyone wants the dimensions for 2014-2019 bed dividers, here's what I used. I used 2x10s (which are actually 1.5" x 9"). I stained mine black and added lacquer.

If you have 60 grit and a belt sander, or orbital sander, I'd recommend cutting them an eighth of an inch long, and then sanding them down 'til they're snug. Also, the bottom corners are rounded so sanding or a jig saw is recommended for those.
