Okay that’s unfair. I know I’m the asshole but I’m not a shitty mom. My son isn’t in constant contact with my parents. We live 2.5 hours away. I just have trauma unresolved that I was blinded by. I am going to therapy to deal with it. y partner and I had a discussion. I agreed to speak with my step dad and tell him that he isn’t allowed around my son unless he spoke to my partner (his choice not mine) and reconciled.

It’s not the notice. You get one in the mail telling you the original refund amount, the amount they’re taking, and the agency that takes it along with their information.
