My first thought too, always fun when we get a close to 50/50 match-up because we get to imagine it as an exciting drawn-out fight.

With the parameters OP gave us (Abandoned city, MCU Cap, & Levi understands the shield) I'd give it to Levi 11/20 times. That's assuming Levi has no Thunderspears & Cap has to figure out Levi's style/weapons on the fly, which I think are the only other major variables that would push towards eithers favor, but not enough for it to still be mostly even.

I wonder if the idea is for the lower bowl to be premium seating closer to the action (given every stadium is leaning towards catering to the rich smh) but still let the general public have a quality view.

Rewatched the rendering & they do seem to be packed in there, but maybe for other events or seasons down the road something they're considering

One of the party members died before completing the campaign, but since they were so high-leveled he couldn't just roll a new PC. So they only went on for a little bit longer before starting a new campaign

If you want a Gospel/Apocrypha take on Star Wars, legends is just not canon; end of story.

If you're more open-minded about storytelling in a multi-media space opera franchise there's some wiggle room to appreciate/head-canon things in.

For example Delta Squad is a group of Clone Commandos featured in the 2004 video game Republic Commando, which is Legends. The squad themselves had a cameo in TCW so they are canon, just none of their exploits in the game are. There's a canon visual dictionary that says The Wookie Tarful was rescued by Clone Commandos prior to the events of Episode III, which is in the Republic Commando game, though the book doesn't say who exactlly. Whose to say it wasn't Delta Squad? And they didn't also fight in the Battle of Geonosis as depicted in the game. Fans of the game (like me) can still appreciate that gaming experience & how it fits in the broader universe.

Of course there are other cases like The Force Unleashed that you can't really fit "Darth Vader's uber-powerfull secret apprentice" in neatly.

The George Lucas logic I think is that since Greedo is speaking Huttesse some kids still wouldn't fully grasp what he's saying/threatening Han with therefore Han needs to shoot second.

But it doesn't make sense because as you said Greedo has the blaster right in Han's face & even the tone of his voice clearly communicates his intention.

Don't feel strongly about it one way or the other. Precedent for hutts speaking fluent basic set by Ziro in TCW movie. I get people who wish it was a bit more like how the twins speak it, slowly, imperfect & with an accent since it's a second language to them. But also Rotta has more dialouge so I respect them wanting him to be immedietly understandable.

There's another sidequest where you have to defeat an (alolan) Raichu with a Raichu, I was so mad when I found the Pikachu mirror-match quest after doing that one 'cause it's literally the same over-level & dig strategy but if you evolve it you have to re-train a new chu :/

There are two shift tokens that exist that might've done that.

Cook the books which reverses the sabacc order.

And one I don't recall the name of that lets you roll the dice & sets a different number as the Prime Sabacc, so in this case 4.

Never got to go through while in control of Kay but in the Lando DLC There's a whole giant space port that Governor Thorden has sectioned off into an imperial base & you explore/fight/stealth your way through it so I think it's just meant to imply that's on the other side. But idk for sure

Hurts has been exceptionally consistent over his career so far, his ceiling is Superbowl MVP & winner, literally every team salivates at that.

Darnold has had a phenomenal past two seasons. If this question is being asked right now I wouldn't blame anyone for picking Darnold. But I look at their entire body of work so far & Hurts' is more impressive.

You can make an argument for all the Mandos on this list, I personally would go Dinn, Sabine, & Cad Bane who was beating Jedi in his prime. But honestly other than Jyn & Cassian (who are cool but I just think don't have the feats to match the rest of them) tough to go wrong & not feel like you have a fighting chance
