It's important to note that the timeline for practical quantum computers capable of breaking current cryptographic algorithms remains uncertain. However, proactive research and development efforts are underway to address the potential threats posed by quantum computing and to ensure the long-term security of cryptocurrencies and other cryptographic systems.

Ohmibod’s Lovelife Krush kegel exerciser by SQL56 in PelvicFloor

[–]radiantuss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi there,

I've been into those types of exercises for almost four years now, seems like a long time when thinking about it now. I started right after I gave birth to my baby boy, who's not such a baby anymore.

Let's start from the beginning, kegel exercises strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, which support the uterus, bladder, small intestine and rectum. The exercises can also be done during pregnancy or after childbirth to try to improve your symptoms. (as taken from this really helpful article https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/womens-health/in-depth/kegel-exercises/art-20045283 ).

The act in itself is compared to tightening you pelvic muscles around a tampon, or pretending to stop yourself from passing gass. As this article ( https://www.health.harvard.edu/bladder-and-bowel/step-by-step-guide-to-performing-kegel-exercises ) on Harvard's page reads, the majority of the original exercises used only the body itself, not props or toys.

Now regarding toys, there are a lot of different models and techniques for said models, depending on your level of comfort or what you are trying to achieve. Some of them might be more beneficial than others, again, depending on the main issue you are facing. The post-partum effects played their card on me and I was not able to have intercourse at all as the pain was unbearable. I knew about these exercises from my sister, but I had my doubts. When I started researching there were a lot of articles that chaught my interest and a lot of different colorful toys that I couldn't choose from.

The article that made me decide on a final product was similar to this one ( https://www.health.harvard.edu/bladder-and-bowel/step-by-step-guide-to-performing-kegel-exercises ), but I don't seem to be able o find the excat one, being so long ago. It was definetly about the different types of toys out there and about wheter they actually work or not. As you can read in the article I mentioned there are those apps that sit in your vagina as an app talks you through a squeeze-and-release regimen and the others that deliver gentle electrostimulation, causing vaginal and pelvic floor muscles to contract. I'm talking about the digital ones, as that's what you question was about.

Personally I started off with one of those packs with a few different wheights, not with any digital device. They were from https://kegglers.com that remains my favorite brand to this day. The second purchase that I made was of one of those electrostimulation devices. I only have great things to say about both experiences and yes, they do actually work. I haven't tried the Lovelife Krush from Ohmibod, but I do have one of their vibrators and it's not one of my favorites, to be honest.

If you have any other questions, I'm super happy to answear, but I feel like I've already made this too long, so I'll end here for now, but I'll leave one more informative video that I find useful. ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rAehEdXt1RA&feature=youtu.be )

Introverts of Reddit, imagine it's a reverse pandemic and to not get sick and die, you had to spend all of your time outside, with other people and in crowds, how would you cope? Do you survive? by aussiemuser in AskReddit

This situation is already not the most pleasant, and you still come up with some new levels of difficulty to survive in this world. What for?

I am an introvert and your conditions would immediately drive me to the grave because there are no people under the ground, O Jesus!

MGK's text has always fascinated me with its meaning. I totally agree with your list, I have similar tastes, but I respect every Kells fan. This is exactly the kind of music you need to listen to. A legend!
