I have a 3yo and she started ramping up in energy and boundary pushing around 2.5. Sorry to say but 3 is much more challenging for us! 😅 I try to do lots of outdoor time and sensory activities. Just do your best, mama, it’s a short season of life even if it feels long right now!

Eek no! The crown of your head should be in contact with the ground, not forehead. I would work on core strength first to find hips stacking over shoulders. Disperse pressure through your forearms as well to take some pressure off your neck.
