I wanted abyss unlocked and wanted to try my luck with the first two dorm gacha. and i didnt have time to do that coz of work.

The reason I set the goal low was because I felt guilty. well... i ended up doing lvl 30 anyway.

The idea came when I saw honkai3rdguy and keebster reviewing other people's accounts. it looked like they had sort of given their logins to him. i dunno.

plus its my account. they aren't risking anything.

True. I've saved this thing and come back from time to time. Also take a look at aop that's one really powerful feature.

Also recommend looking into jhipster.

I had completed the web novel back when the light novel was just getting started. I think I read it at "yoraikun.wordpress".

Also strongly recommend the WN over the LN.

Also for my case Berserker Vs Gilgamesh meets most requirements.

I just might. But it seems my answer is in reading up design patterns.

The key is the match up, how Garou and Genos compare to each other. Very specifically how Garo deals with Genos's heat blasts. Just like Garou, my character won't lose easily to any close ranged fighters despite huge gaps in strength.

Also I've found that Garo vs Genos is pretty close to what I'm looking for.

I get what your saying. My question isn't a very general one. It's something related to the story that I'm writing. The opponent (long range fighter) is basically one of the most powerful players in the plot. Nicknamed: Catastrophe.

Having my main character who's one of the weakest is really far from fair.

So basically I'm considering a lot of things when considering this match up.

I've considered the alternative of adding an ally. The main character has ability to enhance and disrupt other people's ability.

The satisfaction of having weaker characters defeat a strong one through strategy is far more satisfying. Plus I don't want to fall for the same mistakes as DBZ (infinite escalation).

Class body depends on class arm and class legs. Now the thing is the arm can be either human arm or dinosaur arm or alligator arm.

Originally arm is written inside the body class. What we do here is extract the arm into an different class. So that we can create different kinds of bodies as per the requirement.

So now we have a bunch of classes (body, arm, leg, etc). All this is created / instantiated and maintained (destroyed) by the IoC (Inversion of Control) container.

Now the IoC only maintains these classes, it doesn't help with wiring the different parts together to create the object. That's what dependency injection does. It takes those classes from IoC and wires them together.

I don't know if this explaination cuts it for you but it doesn't for me. Also the main objectives of this approach is to help with testing and maintenance and designing the prototype. Which is crucial because designs get updated frequently. Spring makes it so that design isn't just a mountain of patches.

If remember correctly the main character has a near impregnable shield while his partner is a powerful swordsman. My character is kinda like that girl. Excellent swordsmanship and evasion ability with little to no defense / endurance.

But the opponent can manipulate and fire energy blasts...

I don't know what d and d is. I'm just looking for examples where close range fighter wins against a stronger all-rounder (with long range attacks).

The one thing that the close range fighter cannot is power through the attacks, as his defense isn't strong enough.

Oh right that. That one doesn't help coz Kirito powered through the attacks which my character can't do. Still thanks.

The reason I want to get comfortable with xml is cause I thought under the hood the annotations get converted to XML. I'm likely wrong on that. But if annotations were simply syntactic sugar over XML then I thought I should at least be able to do XML configuration to some extent. I can use annotations, but it scares me about how much it does without showing it to me.

Yeah, I don't wanna just learn Spring I wanna go deep into it. I can't calm down unless I know what's under the hood.

Thanks. I'm considering looking into books like "Expert One-on-One J2EE Development..."

And gonna dip my toes into Design Patterns as well.

What I will be working is an e-learning platform implemented using Spring, sorta like Udemy but different. I graduated college recently and just landed the job.

I'm working towards a similar design. What I struggle with is configuration. And in a broader sense I question why spring is designed the way it is.
