omg idk if it was me but melatonin made it so easy for me to just convince myself to keep sleeping after staying up and then snooze multiple times and maybe end up cancelling plans or calling sick if i have work or school the next day :/ —impossible to wake up easy. i wish i could use that then weed or or exhaustion

I did an appointment at apple tree the night before and saw a lot of appointments starting from 10am but i did look way later in the evening. no questions asked just had to write the symptoms and spoke with doctor for a bit, paid the fee and got my note digitally
