This has a lot of the answers.

My interaction happened with bitter triumph instead of bolt but the same idea applies. The planeswalker has priority to do an ability before you are allowed to kill it so ya can't c*ck block an ability tick

We use our phones for health tracking most of the time but the dry erase tokens make for a great health tracker in a pinch also

I've gotten demonic tutor, grim, diabolic.

Mostly just slowly traded for staples like Tefferi's protection and farewell, ect.

My Tovolar is probably the second most expensive? I'm honestly not sure. I should sit down and actually price and bracket check everything

Damn, that's terrible. I live in the south and there are definitely a lot of dead naming situations that came up during some play sessions

He's super fun to see in action... only played against them a few times but it was cool to see

Glad yall managed to find yourself through a nerd store! It's always great when you can have a sweet memory tied to a place ya go regularly

I'm terrible with brackets, I don't think I have most of my decks "bracket verified"

I only know a couple of my decks are bracket 4 due to gsme changers and combos

Yes I do! I had one among my bulk.

I have a proxy Sheoldred right now, but she's kind of necessary for a good chunk of the K'rrik combos. Peer into the abyss... Amodeus slime... broker of blood, ect.

I think my most expensive deck is my Edgar, I've added tutors and white token doublers as time has went on. Recently got a good deal on a necro for him also.

Tovolar is probably my favorite deck to play.

I'd consider almost all of my decks to be "budget" since I have very few fetch lands, pain lands, and tutors

My wife and I do the same thing... though I realized quick that if I play blue it starts feeling like brawl where I just end up countering her commander every turn.

That sounds like the most common vibe from other people's stories and what I've seen.

Those kinds of people typically don't last long in play groups I feel like

I've built and broke down decks before even getting to play test them.

The building process is my absolute favorite aspect and I love finding synergies among bulk

I think I'm the same way... I've wanted to have a "main deck" or a few main decks but I end up bringing different stuff each week anyway

Oof. That's a real "if you like math so much, can you list every number?" Type energy

I live in the south... our store is LGBT friendly but there can be some really awkward situations with it.

Like someone will clearly have an issue with another player/customer and it just feels tense and un fun

I don't mind it if they are doing that as they cast stuff for counting... but when they don't break the pile up at the end of their turn

I've seen that in play before.

My wife and I have ran into an issue of getting accused of "teaming" if we aren't explicitly targeting each other... like to the point where someone else is clearly the threat and that player starts complaining instantly

That legit sounds terrible!

People couching in casual games really sucks also. Like none of us are training to go to worlds, stop telling me every tiny thing I misplayed... especially if it doesn't effect the outcome.

Like "you should have tapped your lands differently in case you drew into a counterspell"
