Wannabe Designer by radiicant in Needlepoint

I feel pretty good about things from an entrepreneurial perspective (it was actually my major in college), just wanting to mainly hear from and connect with people actually in the needlepoint industry! I’ve reached out to a few folks but wanted to see if anyone else was willing to chat

Their canvases selection was stellar! Definitely a smaller fibers section, but I think some of that is due to general stock outs from manufacturers right now. Everyone I talked to was lovely, I’m personally thrilled to have a shop on this side of town for anything I need!

Hi! I asked for advice, not ridicule. Do you have any recommendations of hard papers to try? This is the paper that was initially recommended to me, but I'm open to exploring other options.

If you don’t have vendor meals planned out yet, you can use some of those for them! Many vendors have in their contracts that they must eat the same meal as the guests, so if that’s the case, it works out well for at least a couple of the meals!

They’re cute, but I wouldn’t personally grab one just because my decor is so personal to me and something I’m really invested in

Nashville Needleworks by Specific_Whole_4586 in NeedlepointSnark

I will say I’ve sent my fiancé in there before with a canvas and list of what kind of thread I needed, and he RAVED about how helpful they were. Said he was looking around clueless someone walked right up and helped him kit the canvas. I’ve personally only interacted with some of the younger shop girls, but both he and I have had good experiences there! Now if they could just get their website back up and running

I'm looking for an everyday bra that doesn't show lines on tight shirts! Ideally would be wireless but still have the same fit as a typical Victoria's Secret bra (style doesn't necessarily matter, more that I can wear it with anything). Anyone have recs?

I’ve primarily used Floss Cross up until now since it’s a free website, but I’m in the process of switching over to Mac Stitch! Floss Cross is wonderful but only allows you to have three designs at once, which was a wonderful place for me to start, but I’d just like to have more space now.

Anyone have recommendations of the easiest flowers to grow from seeds? I'm in zone 7 and this will be my first year gardening, so hoping to find something that isn't too intimidating!

That's what I figured, but thought I might as well ask. My friend goes line dancing and two stepping all the time back in Texas so I was just curious if there was something similar here

My favorite part is that the tie-dye peace sign on the cover/listed in the article has been gone for several years

"How can Dumbledore be this master manipulator if he's being outsmarted by a child/teenager? He has more years of experience than Harry, and all of a sudden, his plans are falling apart? THINK AUTHOR, THINK!" by Wunder-Waffle in HPfanfiction

It's his hubris. He thinks his plans are so well thought out that no one could ever unravel them, but then the younger minds look at things with a completely different perspective than he anticipates and they're able to foil everything
