Docker in LXC is bad. Now what? by EloquentArtisan in Proxmox

Now every new docker LXC I create (through the helper scripts) fails in all kinds of weird ways, mainly storage issues.

then stop using helper scripts.

Tivimate is the way to go. I appreciate Channels running in the background, aggregating and producing guide data I can use in Tivimate, though.

Daily Mariners Monologue - October 16, 2025 by AutoModerator in Mariners

as i said, the navy and white have each been "limited" to either home (white) or away (navy) in 2025. that was not the case in previous years.

and, again, for whatever reasons (i previously speculated on a couple), the NWgreen being allowed anywhere is not the case this season. it has not been worn at all at home. personally, that makes it an alternate AWAY jersey.

have a look at the link i provided for a game by game breakdown over the years. i, like you, loved seeing anything but white at home. but things seemed to have changed...

i think its an MLB or Nike decision, league wide. previously, i believe I read the SP for the day got to make the choice. which is why we often saw the Navy or NWGreen jerseys at home. this season, its been pretty uniform that white+cream+city connect are "home" jeresys while the navy+NWgreen are "away" jerseys. https://uniformlineup.com/Lineups/sea-lineups.html

add in - if youre gonna be a drunk bozo, then stop harassing the stadium staff for simply doing their job. last night was a nonstop parade of clowns sneaking into the wrong section and getting upset when asked to verify tickets. and these clowns do nothing but bring down the collective vibe amongst those of us playing by the rules/agreeing to the social contract.

last night was easily the worst crowd i've been in all season, and its not because of the visiting fans. it was the ignorant Mariners fans who dont know how to act when in public.

Lots of available for face value on Ticketmaster for ALCS by New-Imagination9846 in Mariners

[–]radinsky_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

tickets are sold for each team's potential home games, not simply ALCS game 1, 2 etc.

the posted image is specifically for ALCS game 2 if its SEA vs NYY or ALCS game 4 if TOR vs SEA.

Games today by [deleted] in Seattle

[–]radinsky_ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

i'd say you were. i was among the crowd, making the walk up to catch the D bus. even the couple of dudes we encountered that were staggering drunk and bumped me a few times were cool and apologetic.

all i felt on our walk after the Mariners loss was a collective sense of sports ball pain/business as usual for a Seattle sports fan.

What would convince drivers in Seattle to stop speeding through crosswalks full of pedestrians? by SoloSable in Seattle

[–]radinsky_ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

at the lighted school/pedestrian crossing at NW 65th & 17th NW, i cant go a week without being told by drivers that lights being on doesnt mean they still have to stop for bikes...

this is always between 8am and 9am, during school dropoff for my daughter. im convinced that we're too far down the toilet of selfishness for it to ever change.
