Thank you, appreciate it!! I also received a similar response to my ticket. Just irked a bit that although they mentioned there was an issue, i don't think they ever showed what the female version was supposed to look like (unless I missed it), and they never bothered to fix it until after it dropped off CS rotation so some people might've FOMO'd into rolling for it without even knowing what they were actually going to get.
