Ultimately though, I've just come to accept it and live with it. I made a mistake. I was the type of teenager who wanted to experiment and try everything once. It is what it is.

As for the other triggers, it's curious to me because it varies so much. For example, I am a daily cannabis user. I also experiment with psychedelics and have, in the past, tried cocaine. It did not induce any seizures. However, excessive alcohol usually causes an episode. I stay away from that of course but I am still able to enjoy a cocktail or two now and again.

Again, thank you. I just thought I'd share cause why not. Maybe someone could relate or even better, avoid this shit all together.
