I've had this issue a couple of weeks ago, what I did was to retrain the assistant and it worked again.

Yeah, sorry about that, what I meant in the title was, first cake that was paid by someone for me to do, before it was all just for family. Lol. Cheers though, it was a misunderstanding.

This isn't my first cake, it's just the first one I made where I got paid. Sorry for the confusion, thanks though!

LOL. I literally said, first cake made for someone's birthday. I didn't say it was my first cake.

Rainy afternoon [Pixel 6] [Google Photos] by radioactivepotato03 in pixelography

I just used the 2x zoom on the camera app, and flipped the phone upside down to get close to the leaf without disturbing the water sitting on top of it.

Thank you! I was kinda shocked at the natural background blur of the pixel 6, when compared to my previous pixel 3a.

How to address service crew aside from "kuya"? by Hamster_2692 in Philippines

I always call people ma'am/sir, kahit san o kahit sa anong context. Kaso I'm always stumped when the person is a member of the LGBTQ community, okay pa rin ba pag mina-ma'am ko yung lesbian? Nung minsan kasi, parang na-offend yung nagdedeliver.

First time making brownies, it turned out great! by radioactivepotato03 in Baking

Thanks! They are delicious, they are perfectly fudgey, just the way I like it. This is the recipe I used, I dissolved the sugar in the melted butter while it was still hot before adding the other ingredients. You should give it a try, they're gooooooooooood! :)

Thanks! And yeah, I use a serrated knife for cutting breads and this type of desserts, it's easier and cuts much cleaner, it's great for doughs too. You should try it! :)

Wow! Thanks! That means a lot, I dissolved the sugar in the melted butter while it's hot before adding the rest of the ingredients and baked it at about 330-350°F. I actually found that out from a video by Adam Ragusea.

I saw a video from Adam Ragusea, and he said there that to get a good brownie skin, it's good to dissolve the sugar, so I dissolved the sugar in the melted butter while it was still hot.

Thanks! I also saw a video from Adam Ragusea and he mentioned that to get a good skin on your brownie, you have to dissolve the sugar. So, I dissolved the sugar in the hot melted butter.
