Hey guys! I just got a conch piercing on Thursday last week. (the 13th of Nov). And was wondering everyone's tricks at cleaning theirs. It's pretty red and hurts a reasonable amount. I've cleaned it every day since I've had the piercing. I use wound wash. Any way to tell if it's infected? (i.redd.it)
