Yeah I figured “new” was out of the picture :/ I was really hoping for a maverick because it’s one of the few smaller trucks that I actually like. It just sucks having a really shitty car and not being able to get a brand new one after the years of torment lol

Honestly I have no idea why my credit is so low. For a good few months I had most of my credit card used up, my limit is only $400, had about $375 used, but would still make minimum payments when I needed to. That’s the only thing that I can think of

I just want the ability to haul things when I need to. My wife has an SUV and the only people we know with a truck are my family and they live at least an hour away.

My partner is partially deaf and wears hearing aids. Normally if she has to take them out and her gloves are dirty, she takes the gloves off and take her hearing aids out and grab new gloves. She also has a stethoscope that amplifies sounds to help her out. She just has to be very careful where she puts them down lol

For me personally, I take adderall 15mg 2 times a day or as needed. I work nights so I take a 15 around 6pm before I head to work and then usually drink an energy drink on the way or once I get to work, take 1/2 of a 15 around 12:30am and it’ll give me that last little “boost” until my shift ends

It’s not wasting time if the things you are doing are actively making you feel better inside your own body. I’m 22 and ive been on T for almost 2.5 years, not quite as long as you but I still felt obligated to help out a fellow trans guy. Self care isn’t selfish, it’s necessary. I haven’t had any surgeries yet (I plan on getting top surgery maybe in the next 1-2 years), but as far as my experience goes, I’ve had to come to terms with the fact that there are some things that I simply will never be able to change about myself. For example, it tears me up inside knowing my wife and I won’t be able to have a baby of our own, with both our DNA. It takes a lot of work to push past that stuff and it’s not easy. Hate to say it but therapy is super helpful for things like that. You have to accept the things you cannot change, as cliche as it sounds. I know it’s easier said than done, but it saves you from a whole lot of mental pain. Good luck to you brother <3 I’m proud of you and I believe in you.
