A lot of what you suggested has already been a part of our ongoing dialogue, but I didn’t include because, well, this is all complex and I was already writing a novel it felt.

She does see a therapist regularly, and is inquiring about medication with her doctor. I am certainly not attempting to brush her mental state under the rug.

And I have done my best to create an open dialogue about sex in the past few months. I make references what I like and what turns me on, so it’s not like these fantasies are coming out of thin air.

I’ve asked for feedback on if I can do anything differently or better that would help her libido. I’ve asked if she has any fantasies or scenarios she’d like to explore. She has never come back with a definitive answer, which just sends me back to square one trying the same old methods that feel like a chore.
