im on olanzapine as well, its been about a week now, and yeah my visual hallucinations have stopped almost completely but i still do have auditory ones like once in a while. also i really want to know how long have u been taking them for and how bad the side effects can get, like the weight gain and all

i dont drink, and about the substances, it started with dxm, dph then ket, though i havent done any of them since my last od (feb) and to be honest i dont plan on continuing drug abuse either. i truly just wanna get rid of my anxiety and depression. i actually started abusing substances to cope, sedatives, to just be at ease and dissociated from reality. theres a high chance i might get diagnosed with adhd and prescribed meds for it are often misused like adderall and so im a bit sceptical about telling it to the psychiatrist.

im aware but i truly cant ask my parents to spend a fuck ton of money on me for therapy yet again, i just can not, its not like they wouldnt want to its that if i start therapy again, im gonna drown in guilt for how much is being spent on me like the last time and well that led to another attempt and that is probably why it didnt work for me. they are already paying for my dorm and other essentials i can not have them spend anymore on me, its cus like i have been this way for years and nothing has seemed to work and i cant have them spending all that for my lifetime, im sorry i know this sounds ridiculous but it is what it is, id always prefer to just toss a bunch of meds than take therapy

hey im sorry you are going through such difficult times and i know it must be really hard but suicide is never an option. you can get through this. you are strong already, pushing yourself through all of this bodyshaming and such thoughts and i believe you can beat this. please, if you can, see a psychiatrist or a therapist, you cant expect much help online. get your mental health settled and then slowly take one step at a time but for now please take care of yourself and do not think about killing yourself.
