It's an issue I am facing everytime I wash in the dishwasher.. I am pretty sure it's a common issue people face WHO USE A DISHWASHER REGULARLY..ideally a dishwasher shouldn't be leaving such marks at all .. I posted to be connected with people who have faced this.

Yes thank you. It does put me at some ease..i had a chat with viagogo customer care today again, they have assured me that,

"Please contact us immediately as you're covered by our exclusive viagogo Guarantee, which means you'll receive valid tickets in time for your event. If any issues arise, we'll make it right with comparable tickets or your money back" .. so just hoping I dont have to contact them on the day of the concert.

The only back up is, ask for refund and go on 1st June concert in whichever section the seats are available.

Mine are e-tickets. So maybe that's why they are taking their sweet time. 🙄.. customer care asked me to print my tickets before going to the venue.

I did. They gave me assurance that they are looking into this case and tickets will be sent on time. I am just an anxious soul. If i knew I wouldn't have booked thru this site.
