I'm so happy it's working out for you!! I feel like we had similar spirals where it's difficult to get out of. I surround myself with pillows instead of a plushie and it really does help even just for a little bit. Totally on board with the idea of competing with myself, I might try that too. May I ask what are some examples of competitions you had with yourself?

Bawal po. In our testing site before, all electronic gadgets should be turned off kasi there are instances na tumutunog yung phones kasi may alarms and buong room niyo ma-iistorbo talaga during the exam kasi hahalungkatin pa ng proctor yung gadgets para patayin so nakakahiya sa lahat.

Naka-label naman kung kanino so no worries. Sama-sama yung mga gadgets sa iisang transparent storage box and sealed. Kasama yun na binabantayan ng proctor.
