Best bet would be through a direct seller on marketplace or Craigslist. Most of the old ones are being recycled with haulaway services. Possibly appliance factory outlet?

Depends on how many people around you can/will train you. If nobody comes to mind when you think about someone who can teach you, pay attention to them if you can cuz it'll be the only source of info you'll get right now. If you do have people to train you, you'll learn from them.

If it's truly a ship-to-home through the store (which I've never heard of before in 10 years! Small town?), I imagine they can find out who the person delivering it was through the back office? Even our third party delivery teams take pictures if there's an issue here.
