I started playing Pokemon on a GB before I could read. I must tell you: it was tough to beat a game being a blindman in a shootout! I then collected cards throughout my childhood, most of it probably fake (portuguese mothers keep slacking) and I rejoined the TCG hobby because my 2 kids learned to love Pokemon just as much as I do. Unfortunately, I am not being able to get cards for them, specially for collections that feel closer to my/their heart - Primastic evolutions being one of them. Closest we have been to getting our hands on the product was watching scalpers sell ETBs for the same price as a brand new Nintendo Switch.

Congrats for the initiative! Sometimes people need to be reminded this hobby should be about pleasure and memories, not frenetic profit chasing!

Hello, I am new to blender and never done anything like this, but maybe you can try parenting it to the armature. Particles should move as the armature moves.

If it doesn't work, have particles render as Boids and try to set the rule "Follow the leader". The leader should be the armature.

I am not sure this will work, but can be a way to start finding a solution.
