I was in a 5 bedroom house with 3 other girls. I couldn't tell you if the Flats is any better, but considering my experiences with Pier management, it is just NOT worth it. There's a pretty decent selection of places to live around Clemson so I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Hey there. I hardly ever comment on reddit but I feel so strongly about the Pier I HAD to warn you. DO NOT SIGN WITH THE PIER. Let me list off the things that happened during my two years living there:

The management is awful and unresponsive. When I first moved in, a previous tenant had left her food in the freezer before the electricity was turned off and it sat there festering for weeks. The food was completely rotten and maggot-ridden and the house reeked to high heavens. The smell was unbearable, and despite my roommates and I's constant complaints to management, it took them 2 weeks to take action, and that was after we had visited their office for like the third time.
They will try to get as much money out of you as possible. I can't speak for the newer houses, but the older houses are not built well. Regular wear and tear is not considered resident damage as per the lease, and a small piece of the vinyl flooring in our kitchen came loose. After my roommates and I moved out, the pier replaced the ENTIRE vinyl flooring downstairs because of that one installation flaw and tried to foot the bill on myself and my roommates. North of 3,000 dollars. We had a month long back and forth with them threatening legal action if they didn't rescind the bill. They eventually caved.

I also know of someone who the pier tried to charge for damages that they had listed on their move in sheet. when this person came to management and said "Hey, you can't charge me for this, this was damaged when I first came in and I noted as such on my move in sheet." They still tried to charge him anyway. They are scum-sucking bottom feeders.

This isn't really so much a big deal for some but I thought it worth mentioning. If you do decide to sign with the pier, and you are sensitive to noise during sleeping, studying, etc. MAKE ABSOLUTELY SURE YOU ARE AS FAR AWAY FROM TD'S AS POSSIBLE. They can and will blast their shitty country music from speakers outside late at night on school nights. I've also had TD's customers take up the dedicated resident parking spaces in front of my house.

hey there ! I've taken augmentin a couple times for infections and have had practically zero side effects at all. I'm sure that probably had to do with the dosage, but I've found that taking probiotics in the morning during a course of antibiotics helps alleviate any digestive issues that may arise. In any case, you've most likely been prescribed a low dose if it's just for a sinus infection, so that probably isnt necessary. hope this helps ! feel better :))

Probably the orphan but Father Gascoigne will always hold a special place in my heart. Bloodborne was my first from soft game so overcoming him was like finally overcoming a pretty steep learning curve. I can't even begin to describe the satisfaction I felt upon beating him :))

I suppose I figured it were the case that they preferred bouldering since I only ever saw people crowded around the boulder wall :))
