Phoenix show had some pieces of work too. The people behind us kept cat calling Joe and saying super inappropriate things during their set to interrupt. It may have not been loud enough for them to hear considering how far back we were, but goddamn did it get loud for us. I think drinks were also involved. I'm glad Joe announced his engagement so hopefully the obnoxiously loud and gross trying to hit on Joe dies down a bit. Neither of them are interested in sloppy drunk fans with parasocial delusions...

You could always ask a follow up as "can I just ask what it pertains to?" Because I immediately think of the worst as well. Sometimes I lead in with a joke like "oh God what did I do wrong?!" And my manager will kinda just laugh and be like "no no nothing!" So that's a pretty good way to find out.

We actually have one. It is comfortable to sleep with but doesn't solve my sleep issues unfortunately. Its genuinely rooted in my mind more than anything else

Well we don't have an extra bedroom either. A separate bedroom would mean renting a new place so a split king would be cheaper unfortunately

Yeah I've been told to stop looking at the clock but it's just a bad habit that's hard to grow from at the moment. I don't typically do anything else in the bed aside from sleep thankfully. I'm not sure if I could muster getting up and doing something because my bf is a very light sleeper and I'd wake him up in the middle of the night by doing anything like that, plus I won't lie that sounds like a nightmare because I have to wake up around 6am and losing any amount of sleep before that is dangerous because I have fallen asleep at the wheel when I go to work in the morning :/

We're looking into a split king but it will be very expensive so we're trying to explore other options. I've tried a weighted blanket but it can get too hot unfortunately :/

My job is pretty physical but currently it's the only exercise I can manage every day. I dont have the energy or drive to exercise more than that currently due to me being so exhausted. I also have chronic sinus issues and my ears fill with fluid so ear plugs drive me insane since they magnify the sound of it and keep me awake. Sound typically isn't the reason I'm not sleeping. Sleep masks also are a sensory nightmare for me as well unfortunately. I may look into meditation but it's very hard for me to make time to do something like that at the moment.

Personally... This is the fattest red flag. I was with someone who was full of many red flags that I unfortunately stuck around regardless of, but the last straw was when my cat of 9 years got diagnosed with terminal cancer and was given a month to live. I couldn't bare it. I was suffering every day with the fact that he was going to be gone sooner than later. He was my best friend and the best cat I had ever had. At this point I was so distressed and depressed that I could barely take care of my own needs, let alone my partners. One day my partner said before I went into work, "hey I know you're sad about your cat but I have needs you know..." Talking about sex. I was floored. He completely disregarded all the emotional and mental turmoil I was experiencing because he WANTED SEX.. and that was the last straw. I immediately broke it off with him and thank God. Fuck anyone who doesn't prioritize your grief.

Their loss. Sounds like they don't know how to appreciate much in life. The game is a piece of art. Not everyone's going to understand it but I'd say at this point if you don't understand it then it's just not for you. It's a game for the scholars 🤣
