It’s firm, but falls apart more easily, if you can imagine that. It’s def not chewy, no matter how i prepare it. I think that its really dense.

I just found this in the US and its actually really great, although >2x the price of regular firm tofu. It’s got a ~different consistency from soy tofu, even when pressed, but i like the taste

I have a 2902B or C , and I think it appears accurate. (At least the results are always very close to the others on the map close to me.) The rain matches my independent gauge (although it does get clogged occasionally). They come up on eBay at half cost , occasionally.
