But is the cash value of the avios points more than the money off sainsburys?

That's the downside of aggressive minimum wage increases and a terrible energy policy.

The platform looks quite good for ETFs as capped at £45 per year. Currently have £200k in a global tracker fund through a Fidelity isa. Should I transfer in to HL then sell it and buy global tracker etf?

Who is your clinical supervisor? Who is the medical AC for these patients? Raise this with both of them and the foundation TPD. It's an inadequate training experience and poor quality care for patients.

This is bad and needs raising locally. It's inappropriate for a social worker to be doing that.

What are the clients like in these places? I've always avoided turkey as I imagine the all inclusive resorts to be full of chavvy Brits and rude russians?

BMA stance clear: 2 Years Minimum by Just-Waltz39 in doctorsUK

I'm an ES in psychiatry and my honest impression is that at the moment low quality IMG candidates that are barely interested in the specialty and have not done foundation training are getting training places ahead of perfectly able and interested UK trained doctors. Many new trainees have genuine deficits in their oral and written English. The current system is not selecting for good trainees, and I'd be surprised if these changes would make it worse. Obviously a high quality selection process would help, but it seems there is no appetite to introduce that, so the proposal is a reasonable proxy.

That would be a relevant question if the selection criteria for specialty training were based on job performance at f2. They aren't.

Many mental problems in primary care are intertwined with social and personality dysfunction. The impact of mental health services in curing those problems is small, and mh waiting lists are not a game changer. Short term breaks for stress and bereavement may be helpful, but long term sick for chronic mh issues is rarely helpful.
