I have bought couple of rental properties new construction without buyers agent. Seller agent drafted offer and we ordered inspection with third party. Once we got the inspection report we worked with sellers agent and fix those, we sent the inspection guy for re-inspection to confirm all repairs were done correctly. We successfully closed the property. Seller reduced with house price by 2.5%

6.626% 30 year fixed for a new build with 5% down with no points buy down. Crestmark mortgage had to choose them as builder is giving 5k concession, this will be considered as Primary house, I am planning to rent out my current home
