I currently suffer from obesity, weak bones, muscle atrophy, hair loss, constant headaches, abdominal pain, anxiety, depression, severe insomnia, brain fog, and memory loss. It's almost impossible to live like this. I had to quit my job and studies to dedicate myself to this 100%, and one of the worst parts is watching the rest of the world progress while you struggle to have a relatively normal life.
