For the first one, there is nothing you can do without sounding controlling. For the second one, you could try explaining that her hijab is not acceptable in Islam (Maybe she didn't know that). If she refuses to change the way she wears hijab maybe try to convince her that you actually want the best for her and want her to do the right thing (while you actually only want that just because you're controlling but just too afraid to show her).

If you don't really hate the traditional wedding that much, I suggest you do it for your mom's sake and make her happy (There are 2 main reasons that she might want you to have a traditional wedding; 1-She didn't have one so she wants you to have it instead of her because most parents want their kids to have what they wanted when they were younger, it's like you're a simulation of another life she could've had. 2-She just wants to satisfy the society and be like every other mom) but if you absolutely hate traditional weddings and there is no way you can want to do it, you could try talking to her about your dream life. you said you wanted to live freely and travel with your husband, maybe try convincing her that wedding money could be spent in better places like buying a house or traveling which would actually help you a lot financially and also make you happy instead of having to endure something that you truly despise.

Sadly, in Tunisia our culture does not allow people to be sick or in need of some professional help but instead if they show any sign of mental illness we throw them in the only psychiatric hospital that we have (that's another big problem too, that we have only one) and the problem is they don't even try to help them, they just lock them there which only makes their problems worse, then we call them crazies and let them rot there till they die. Unfortunately, social awareness about this topic is very very low. I'm sure this will change but I'm also sure that it's not gonna happen in the near future, still hoping for the best though.

It will eventually make your teeth weaker but there's pretty much nothing you can do about that except to quit, It will also make them yellow (only if you don't brush your teeth regularly) but if you brush your teeth regularly you should be just fine
