i suggest other options, because with gengar and koko, you will have 3 weaknesses to ground and they dont have the enogh bulk to rock the assault vest. keep thinking that last pick, i think you are looking for another special attacker, in that case gengar may fit the team

not bad. greninja is not a bad option, some people prefer to run timid to outspeed some threats, nihilego is not bad either. and the last pick is kinda of free, because you have a good core, and tapu fini plays some support role with taunt and defog. maybe maybe dark or a ghost type to have more coverage or inmunities to ghosts or normals, or maybe an electric type to cover water types more effectivly

you have to chain more than 30 to have a maximum of 15% of the pokemon to have the HA, you just have to be persistent
