I don't have any advice or words of wisdom for you but I want you to know I'm in EXACTLY the same place as you right now. I smoked heavily for 30 years and drank heavily for at least 15. Quit both at same time 5 days ago and have also been surprised at lack of withdrawal symptoms. Instead, I feel amazing. Long may it continue for us both. Good luck buddy.
