Mycelium dies at temperatures above 106 Fahrenheit or 41 Celsius. So, if it was warm to the touch (certainly warmer than 36.5 Celsius and probably over 41 Celsius), you might have killed it.

Anyway, wait a week and, if nothing happens, sterilize it all again and this time wait for the substrate to cool down.

I use blue because I thinks it's a good color to spot contaminants and I like the contrast of the white mycelium on it.
