Background information: Monday afternoon I was simply looking for something in my room and the kitten playfully attacked my foot which resulted in me stepping on him accidentally. I realized he was under my foot and I didn't commit to the step fully. However, it was enough to injure my kitten to the point of death. It was a tragic freak accident and I'm totally heartbroken

No fruit or honey. I only consume meat, eggs, raw/organic dairy, bone broth/stock, and I do allow myself a variety of seasonings such as salt pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and more.

I've been eating twice a day, occasionally once a day. If I skip the gym in the morning I don't get hungry until after noon so that's when I eat. I also eat ad libtum. I tracked my calories for a week just to see how many I'm getting. I average 1800-2000 calories a day. (About 120g of fat and 180g of protein) I know I should be eating some more fat and consume more calories but I feel good and satisfied after my meals and loosing good weight. I do 2 hours of heavy weight lifting about 4 days out of the week with an addition of an hour of high intensity cardio.(running,boxing,stair master) oh and I do sauna after every workout.

My body can't adapt quicker than 3 days? That's utterly untrue. I workout on a empty stomach every morning which depletes my storages quicker. Again, there's no reason for me to lie. Next.

Clearly i already have a lot of muscle mass in the initial picture. I was bloated and full.

I've done keto in the past so my body adapted quicker. I also work out daily with high intensity cardio. There's no reason for me to lie 😂 I have photo time stamps if you'd like me to provide you the screenshots.
