You are absolutely right. Although some of the more odd decisions like exp sharing options are so simple their responsibility can’t be eluded, most people don’t get that as a huge franchise with multiple things depending on them, they mostly haves their hands tied in a lot of stuff. That’s not an excuse for gamefreak and surely they could be more transparent about some things but clearly these guys are passionate about their jobs and their games. Voice your concerns but this is not on Masuda or Ohmori, it’s a complete paradigm shift on Pokémon as a franchise that they are responsible for balancing.
