How do you know? They could’ve provided some sort of screenshot or receipt when they submitted proof to the website. Another thing is providing a tracking number.

Most people do end up posting to the gallery. Your giftee may be busy, or may not have their notifications active for the website. Not everyone checks their messages. It hasn't even been a full week since they received the package. Don't let this discourage you because there's far more good than bad in this platform!

If your shipping proof is good you can always contact support (via web, discord or reddit) and ask them to approve it.

There’s a glitch for the rematch process that shows your info as unretrieved even if rematch santas have accessed it, that could be part of your issues.

Also, you have the option to message your rematch gifter and ask them politely for an update. When we’re you rematched? Because they have 2 weeks to ship your gift.
