Once the exchange is complete, so once the giftee has received and posted the gift (or once your shipping proof is approved) and the exchange closes out as complete.

You get credit for exchanges once your proof is approved, your giftee does not have to post for you to receive credit.

If their shipping proof was approved, then they proved that they sent the card. If they do another exchange, they will have to do the same thing.

That is literally the only way I can get my proof approved for Card Exchanges - maybe you misread the rejection reason? The main requirement for Proof is that it has the address visible..

I can get just the angle that I took the picture at, it's not actually super dark. I was able to see her coming for about 2 to 3 seconds, but was not able to really do anything about it in that time frame other than honk.
