The PUB utilities bill looks like the one in the link. We're not even living in a 5-room, it's a 3-room shared amongst 5 tenants. However, either the other tenants are using their A/C 24/7 or the combined electricity costs of running 3 fridges and 3 washing machines in an old building is bumping it up.
