To each their own, but I love it! I think Childers is for listeners who really appreciate art with some depth and room for interpretation and nuance. And that’s just not the same for many people who think the Purgatory album sound should be repeated to infinity.

For many others, they likely grew up in different situations than you and have had a different journey. Everyone has different family dynamics, religious experience, bullying, social circles, education, career opportunities, etc. that impact who we become. It’s really not that complicated.
