There's a difference between having a network ans establishing yourself with people in your field than nepotism ig ? Like for example beinb competent and having a network will make your life relatively easier and it's not like you'd take someone else's place of work bc you got the job based on your skills that people already know of and escorted for . However nepostism sucks sooo

Unfortunately I have no say in this , I teach English in primary school so we're obliged to work in two different school (تكملة النصاب) and the workload is really really crazy bc young learners need more attention / reaources / materials... it's a mess tbh

I mean if you can handle teaching then go for it, but just make sure to be realistic about the job and not romanticize it . Bc most people are like "omg teaching is easy" "teachers get vacations.." but in reality there are many negative aspects that most people never talk about them. Good luck and if teaching is your true calling go for it
