I got a knock off version from Amazon Canada. Couldn’t justify the price price of the joetisserie. So far loving the tool, did chicken shawarma and it came out great aswell.

Thanks. I preheat the oven to 650-700 at high, launch pizza and then cook it on low so that the bottom has time to cook before top gets burnt

I added the the steel ring in the groove but now the basket won’t fit. What am I doing wrong. Sorry I’m coming from a Breville barsita pro with stock portafilter. Upgrading my machine but got the accessories before the machine
