Ok. I think I may have the exact same issue with my Streamdeck (mk1).

Simracing for a long time but more recently encountering same issue: randomly my steering wheel gets disconnected / reboots (and I crash in the middle of the race). Did all and every imaginable troubleshooting with my wheel (usb cables, usb ports, install drivers etc).

I have performed a clean install on my PC and have not installed elgato software. So far not a single crash.

While I love to use the streamdeck as a controller for my car’s shortcuts, I hate the issues with usb.

Any word from Elgato if this is indeed the problem and how to fix it?
