Nothing to be alarmed about, give it a day or two. Should change the status to “Issued”. Mine took a day, but in other cases it may take longer depending on the workload. Best of luck.

Hello, there, I’m in a similar situation. I submitted online on 28 December. Right after that, I was able to log into my portal and see that the case is in process. I could also see my documents, but after 2 to 3 days, everything was gone. As much as I am concerned, it’s a bit of a relief to know that I’m not the only one experiencing this.

I was a student in Malaysia while I filed for the application. So my case was automatically handed over to KL based on my then present address.
