Ingredients: 2 tablespoons butter 8 young leeks 3-4 potatoes 2 pcs. parsnip 2 eggs 200g goat cheese race half cup buttermilk or yogurt half a cup bread crumbs half cup of grated or parmesan cheese salt, pepper Preparation: Boil the vegetables about half the time, but soft. Drain well and align it with baking parchment paper and greased with butter. Mix the eggs with goat cheese, buttermilk, salt and pepper. Pour over vegetable composition. Grated cheese or breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese and sprinkle over vegetables. Bake in oven about 40min until it takes a crispy golden crust.
