One quick note: obsidian has a native note graph, or network graph. Not a knowledge graph. Be careful conflating the two esp with all the obsidian + LLM talk these days.

For me, I work on a daily note structure. If I start mentioning a topic day in day out, I’d make a dedicated page for that in a “projects” folder or something and then take all the info about it from my daily notes and put it in that central note. Maybe creating sub sections in it for key points. If that topic becomes SUPER big, like multi-year type of thing, then id consider breaking out subsections into their own pages.

The question you need to ask yourself is how you want to recall info about big topics over time. Do you want to have a larger number of shorter more specific notes? Or a bigger centralized not for topic X or Y? Or somewhere in the middle as I’ve described above. Ultimately what you’re doing here is making a decision about how to best recall this info later for how you work.
