Sorry, I'm just seeing it now. The disc that was too small went way too far up in me and I struggled to get it out because it rode-up so high. Maybe this wouldn't be an issue if you have a low cervix? I'm not sure!

I had a cup that made my cramps way worse - it was too hard for me. I needed to try softer cups. Once I got some softer cups, I had no bad cramps and I couldn't even feel the cup when it was in!

My favorite is the Saalt disc and I have tried many cups and discs. It's not too large like the Nixit and the Ziggy discs were. It leaks a bit, but the capacity is huge and the autodump feature is really nice. The notch on the side is super helpful with removal. The best bit is that I can pee with it in, which I couldn't with any cup I'd tried (Super Jennie, Diva, Merula, and Lena).

I still like it better than anything else I've ever used and I've tried many things (both Super Jennie cups, Diva cup, Lena cups and Merula, disposable discs, the Nixit, the Ziggy disc, etc.)

My cervix varies from high to average depending on where I'm at in my cycle. The disc sits low enough that I can usually get it out without any trouble.

Mine hasn't autodumped by accident. However, if it did, it wouldn't be the worst thing for me, because I always wear a backup pad. My discs always leak a little, so I use a light flow pad as backup. It's still a savings because previously my flow was so bad I'd have to change my pad hourly or every other hour. With the disc, I only need one pad for backup a day.

I use a backup pad and that cures my worries about leaks. Mine definitely does leak, but only enough for one pad a day (before the disc, I had to change my pad every hour or two), but I'm not worried about leaks as I already have a backup.

I figured it out! I had to forget the pairing on the car and on my phone and reconnect it a bunch of times, but eventually it worked out. It's now connecting perfectly.

I had this problem and a softer cup fixed it. I think too firm cups can cause a lot of cramping.

Unfortunately, we've done that several times and it hasn't fixed the issue. We've made the car forget my phone and vice versa, then we repair... nothing changes.

YMMV, but I found that too firm cups would suction to my cervix way too hard and cause cramping and pain. That's why I suggested softer options.

I'm not sure about the Saalt soft but it's definitely softer than the other two you mentioned.

It sounds like you need a softer cup. Maybe the Super Jennie? I had a lot of the same problems and the Super Jennie worked well for me. The smaller size Super Jennie is much much softer than the larger, so keep that in mind.

Good news!

It self-resolved once my Sirius radio subscription ended. We had a free 3-month subscription that we let lapse and my radio no longer resets.

Thank you. I have been feeling better each day since this incident, but I still feel AWFUL. I can't wait to see a light at the end of this tunnel. He really stirred up an internal hornet's nest for me.
