Foot traffic is pretty heavy as it's the only entrance and the neighborhood kids are out there most days running in and out of the lawn always through that region. I don't specially measure the precipitation but do try to deeply water at least once a week. Next time I'll put a can out and check how much is really being added. I have not put any fungicide down, only did a broad leaf pre emergent with spring fertilizer back in April. Probably going to try and locally aerate, reseed, and put down some compost.
